License YERBA grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is specific to your hardware and account and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. Your license is tied to a specific hardware ID (HWID) Limited HWID resets are available as specified in your purchase plan Sharing or reselling your license will result in immediate termination 3. Restrictions You agree not to: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Service Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law Sell, resell, or exploit the Service for any commercial purpose Transfer your license to any third party 4. Updates and Maintenance YERBA may automatically install updates to the Service. These updates are designed to improve, enhance, and further develop the Service and may include bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules, and completely new versions. During maintenance periods, the Service may be temporarily unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled maintenance. 5. Termination We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination. 6. YERBA expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. YERBA does not warrant that: The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location Any errors or defects will be corrected The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components The results of using the Service will meet your requirements 7.
